I have concerns that maybe legitimate breeders will be influenced by this. I also have hesitations, overall, with any more legislation regarding dogs... As we know, only those responsible 'pay' in the end.<br /><br />Regardless, still something to watch with interest. Despite some countries like Greece and Ireland tipping over.
